How to make chamomile tea for babies

Boil a cup of water and steep the chamomile flowers for about 20 minutes. Strain out the chamomile flowers and store in air tight containers. Take approximately ¼ cup of tea and ¼ cup of water in a baby bottle. This diluted tea is given to the baby to treat colic and calm fretful babies.

Is it a safe herb

The only problem with chamomile is that it may have a binding effect so should not be given to constipated babies. Extremely rare cases may exhibit an allergic reaction or show a side effect. But as per evidence, chamomile is by far one of the safest herbs.
